SR/CSE/Tellecaller/Voice process – HDFC

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified CSR/CSE/Tellecaller/Voice process to join a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a very strong conceptual understanding of Sales customer Relationship and the ability to work with teams in a corporate banking environment.
As a CSR/CSE/Tellecaller/Voice process, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Expected to generate business for designated branch in the assigned geography.
Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
Must be able to achieve monthly sales target assigned.
Ensure quality new acquisition on different loans like car loan, auto loan, person loan, home loan, land loan, Credit cards.etc, through Referrals from cold calls in the catchment area.
Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
Meet productivity norms defined through support of channels and own efforts.
Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow ups
This is for direct full time employment in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Salary Range: 1.6Lakhs - 5Lakhs/anum +Incentives
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 months - 1yr of experience in sales is preferred. Fresher’s with inclination towards any loan process and banking can also apply.
Skills & Experiences:
Must possess strong conceptual knowledge and demonstrate in-depth understanding of the following:
Good knowledge about Sales and retail banking
Basic knowledge about banking process(Sales, marketing, banking process)
Should be knowledged in some of the basic computer skills(MS office, maintaining trackers.etc)
Good understanding about Loans and its process.
Communicate efficiently and effectively with the clients and customers
Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and adaptive in nature
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Expertised in Convincing and capability to resolve customers queries and problems
Good in documenting and maintaining database
